The Contract Reviews page lists every review in your account with its title, status, overall risk and the date you submitted it. Click View review to open the report.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The review was created and is about to start. You will rarely see this for more than a moment. |
| Reviewing | The report is being generated. Open the review to watch it stream in. |
| Completed | The report is saved. The overall risk appears in the list. |
| Needs retry | Something interrupted the review. Open it and click Try again. No extra credit is used. See If a review fails. |
A review created from an upload keeps the original file. Open the review and click Download original file to get it back. A review created from pasted text shows Pasted text instead.
Open the review and click Delete review, then confirm. Deleting permanently removes the contract text, the uploaded file and the follow-up conversation. It cannot be undone, and the credit used for the review is not refunded.
Delete a review when you no longer need the report, or when the client asks you to stop holding a copy of their document. If you might want to refer back to the negotiation later, download the original file first.
Reviews belong to the account that created them and are not visible to anyone else who uses Freelancer Shield. If you want to share a report with an attorney, the simplest option is to copy the relevant flags and the questions list into an email.
