Create Your Account

Creating an account is free and does not ask for a card. You only pay when you buy a review credit.

Sign up

1. Open the sign-up page.
2. Choose how you want to sign in. Depending on what is enabled you can use an email address and password, a Google account, or a one-time link or code sent to your email.
3. If you sign up with an email address and password, check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link to verify the address.
4. Read and accept the terms if the sign-up form asks you to.

You will land on your home page as soon as the account is ready.

Sign in later

Use the sign-in page with the same method you signed up with. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to you and lets you choose a new password.

You can add more ways to sign in later from Settings, for example linking a Google account to an account that started with a password. See Security.

Finding your way around

The sidebar on the left of the app has three links:

• Home is the landing page after you sign in.
• Contract Reviews is where you buy credits, submit a contract and open finished reports. Everything in these docs about reviews happens here.
• Profile, under the Settings heading, holds your profile, email, password and security options. See Your Account.

Your name and picture at the top of the sidebar open the account menu, with the theme switch and Sign out.
